Job Title: Business Reporting Manager (6 months Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Droitwich (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum DOE (pro-rata)

Job Summary:

The Business Reporting Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering accurate and timely reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and develop scalable reporting solutions using business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the weekly MI pack covering operational and commercial reports covering customer acquisition, churn, ARPU, network performance and installations.
• Weekly business reporting and presentation back to senior leadership team.
• Generate insights and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Lead the development and delivery of other business performance reports, KPIs, dashboards and ad hoc analyses.
• Manage a team of two analysts to ensure consistent and high-quality reporting output.
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting systems (Salesforce)
• Design and implement automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor data integrity and work with data engineering teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Train and support end-users on reporting tools and dashboard usage.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data visualization, accessibility, and usability.
• Own data feeding into the board report, reports to banks and reports to other external parties.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting where needed (e.g. Ofcom)

Education and Experience

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business reporting, analytics or business intelligence.
• 2+ years of managerial or team lead experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with reporting and data visualisation.
• SQL experience with data querying and manipulation would be advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
