Airband are recruiting a Telesales Advisor,

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary £23,000 + OTE + benefits - Airband offer a Hybrid working model operating out of Droitwich.

You will be Developing relationships with potential customers in order to advise and sell Airband connectivity, whilst meeting or exceeding the sales team KPIs. Promoting Airband’s Reputation and Customer relationships.

The role will also contribute in generating sales for our business, being responsible for advising & closing sales over the phone whilst maintaining good customer relationships. If you have key skills in customer service and sales delivery we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up website generated enquiries from potential customers
  • Answer all inbound enquiry calls and make outbound calls to potential customers to convert to an order
  • Turn warm leads into orders answering all customers questions and alleviate any concerns they may have about the service.
  • Take, record and process orders on our systems in person or over the phone/e-mail
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet targets which providing exceptional service and advice.
  • Maintain accurate customer records on CRM as well as other administrative tasks as required
  • Accurate and timely reporting as required
  • Promote a sales focused, goal driven approach whilst working as part of the wider Sales division.
